1. We do indoor storage of boats, recreational vehicles, motor homes, and cars. Only those things that you insure of value. (No household appliances, boxes, lawn equipment, furniture, parts, or small items).
2. When entering the property, we ask that you enter from the northbound direction by using a convenient loop drive, (This avoids crossing the double yellow line!)  Click Here for a Map of this Loop
3. Payments are made for 3-months in advance. After the first payment, we will bill you 2-weeks in advance for the 2nd payment and any following payments. (We prefer all payments to be made by check)
4. Storage units are rented on a first come first serve basis. After agreeing to take a unit we must receive your first payment or we may rent the unit to someone else.
5. Please use keypad entry code at the entry gate to enter the property, also you have a combination lock at the door of your unit. You may come and go as you please.
6. Dumpster for vehicle litter only!
7. Be sure to measure the boat, motor home, or R.V. you wish to store. (Our lengths, heights, and widths are exact.)
8. Storage units are all enclosed with full-size slider doors to enter, the floors are gravel or crushed rock (not concrete) we use mice kill to keep mice out and make frequent inspections.
9. We are located on 395 and are 7 1/2 miles north of the Wandermere Bridge we are on the west side of Highway 395. There are six brown buildings, white fence and security gate fronting the highway. The address is Address is 24319 N. SR. 395.
10. For safety we ask that batteries be disconnected if stored over 1 month in a boat, motor home, car, or RV. Propane to be shut off at tanks.
11. Facility is for owners only – Refrain from allowing children, animals, and other non-essential people in.
12. Insurance for contents or damage is your responsibility. Denison Storage does not insure any contents.
13. In winter months Extreme snowfall and ice can prevent slider doors from opening. Please call if there is any question as to conditions.

Storage units are not to be used for a point of sales.
Storage units are not to be used as a shop for repairs.
